摘　　要：目的根据《血铅临床检验技术规范》[卫医发(2006)10号]的要求,广西壮族自治区妇幼保健院遗传代谢中心实验室申请参加临床检验中心全国血铅临床检测室间质量评价,了解本实验室血铅临床检测水平。方法国家卫计委临床检验中心通过每年发放1次全血铅质控品,2009年和2010年只发一批,每批5个样本,2011-2014年每年二批共10个样品。全血铅质控品与日常血铅标本一起测定,在规定的时间检测并在规定的时间内上报卫生部临床检验中心,用钨舟原子吸收光谱法测定。结果 2009-2014年共10批累计50个质控样品,每个质控样品测定值均在允许范围内,50个质控样品评价结果全部通过,10批室间质量评价成绩全部100%。6年全部获得卫生部临床检验中心发放的参加全国血铅临床检测室间质量评价合格证书。结论参加全国血铅检测室间质量评价,有利于提高本实验室血铅临床检测质量水平,容易发现和解决实验室中血铅临床检测存的问题。Objective According to the request of ＂national external quality assessment （EQA） in blood lead＂ , Central Laboratory of Genetics and Metabolism in the hospital apply for this assessment in order to understand the competence of blood lead measurement in the la- boratory. Methods Whole blood lead control materials were distributed by National Center for Clinical Laboratory, （NCCL） once a year, 5 samples per batch, one batch per year in 2009 and 2010, and two batches per year from 2011 to 2014. Controls of blood lead were measured with daily blood lead samples by atomic absorption spectrometry, and the results were reported to NCCL in time. Results All 50 accumula- ted control samples in 10 batches from 2009 to 2014 were within permitted range and scored 100%. NCCL EQA certification in blood lead was got in 6 years. Conclusion Taking part in EQA of NCCL blood lead determination is useful to improve the measurement level of the la- boratory, and it can find out and solve the problems in blood lead measurement.
