摘  要:根据研究结论,设计了一种双锥型水力旋流器DC-Hyb,对其进行了固液两相分离变操作参数模拟对比,得出了入口流量和分流比变化对DC-Hyb旋流器级效率、压降比、关键截面速度场分布、相体积分数分布、除砂分离效率和底流出口含水率的影响规律。利用正交法综合考量了旋流器除砂分离效率及含水率2个考核指标受入口流量及分流比2个因素的共同影响,由指标结果极差分析可知,适当增大入口流量是同时提高除砂分离效率和降低底流含水率的有效措施,实际分流比的配置应根据实际是需求高除砂分离效率还是低含水率适当选取。According to the previous research conclusions, a dual-cone hydrocyclone(DC-Hyb) was designed, and solid-liquid separation at various operating parameters was simulated and contrasted. After that, the influence laws of the inlet flow and split ratio on the stage efficiency, pressure drop ratio, velocity field distribution on key section, distribution of phase volume fraction, degritting separation efficiency and moisture content of underflow outlet were obtained. In addition, the orthogonal method was applied to observe the combined influence of two factors of inlet flow and split ratio on the two appraisement indexes of DCHyb of degritting separation efficiency and moisture content. The range analysis of obtained indexes showed: suitable increasing the inlet flow was an effective meansure to enhance the degritting separation efficiency and decreasing the moisture content, actual split ratio should be determined acoording to high degritting separation efficiency or low moisture content was needed in actual production.
