摘 要:以电铲底架这类大型焊接组件为研究对象,在有限元软件中建立了针对焊接温度场和应力场的仿真模型,进行了焊接过程仿真计算,基于高斯热源的优化加载方式,得到了不同预热温度、散热条件、坡口尺寸、热输入及计算控制选项等条件下的一系列计算结果,对各种差异条件下的焊接结果进行了对比分析,明确了多种边界条件对最终焊接状态的影响规律,为大型构架焊接工艺的确定提供了理论依据。The large welded components such as a excavator chassis was taken as the research object, its simulation model was established in FEA software to analyze the welding temperature field and the stress field. In addition, the simulation calculation of welding process was carried out, and the calculation results at various pre-heating temperature, cooling condition, groove size, heat input and calculating control option were obtained based on optimized loading mode of Gaussian heat source. And then, the welding status at various conditions was contrasted and analyzed, and the influential laws of various boundary conditions on final welding status were identified, which offered theoretical reference for determining the welding process of large structural components.
