摘　　要：新医改以来,我国多部政策明确提出要积极推动和引导社会资本举办医疗机构,特别是中医医疗机构。社会办中医在当今市场经济和现代医学共同发展的背景下,虽然取得了较大的发展,但在医保以及服务定价方面还存在许多困难。文中将对社会办中医在医保和服务定价方面的问题进行归纳。Since the implementation of new health care reform,China has published many policies to actively promote and guide the social capital to establish medical institutions,especially of Traditional Chinese Medicine（ TCM）.Under the background of mutual development of market economy and modern medicine,Traditional Chinese Medicine services by social capital has developed,but still has many difficulties in medical insurance and service pricing,which was studied and summarized.
