中美网络健康信息服务平台比较研究

摘　　要：对中美两国网络健康信息服务展开网络调研,按照Alexa排名将中美两国分别排名前50位的提供健康信息服务的网站从网站主体、网站性质、服务业务、网站认证等角度进行比较分析。结果表明,在主体类型、网站主题范围、网站认证体系方面存在较大差异,在服务业务上趋同;从加强网络健康知识源宣传、构建多元主体协同服务体系、开展网络健康信息质量评估等方面提出发展我国网络健康信息服务的思路与措施。The online health information services in China and the United States were surveyed through network.And the top50 ranking of Alexa health information websites in China and the United States（ USA） were analyzed from the perspective of main body,property,services and certification of the websites.The results showed that there had significant differences in types of main body,theme scope and certification system between China and USA. But the service business was convergent between China and USA.Based on which,some suggestions to improve online health information services in China were put forward,such as strengthening propaganda on online health knowledge,developing multivariate and coordinated service system,and carrying out evaluation on quality of online health information.
