摘 要:针对现有油田用乳化剂乳化力测定方法存在的操作步骤长、准确性不高的问题,对测定方法步骤和条件参数进行了改进,并赋予乳化力新的定量计算方法。改进的测定方法测试精度提高(平行实验误差小于3%),操作步骤简化(乳状液配制由原来的两步乳化改为一步乳化)。实验结果表明,改进后的方法能精确有效地评价油田驱油用水溶性乳化剂的乳化能力。采用改进后的方法测定并比较了三类目前常用的驱油用乳化剂的乳化力,测定结果表明甜菜碱类乳化剂的乳化力最强、烷基苯磺酸盐类的乳化剂的乳化力次之,石油磺酸盐类的乳化力最差。Aiming at the shortcoming of current evaluating method of emulsifying capability of emulsifiers in the problem of long measurement steps and inaccuracy.The evaluating method of emulsifying capability of emulsifiers was improved in measurement procedures and parameters of the measurement conditions.A new calculation method to quantitatively evaluate the emulsifying capability of emulsifier was also proposed.This improved method could not only increase the accuracy of measured results,its parallel error was less than 3%,but also simplify the measurement procedure by reducing the process of emulsification from two steps to one step.The results indicated that the new method is effective for evaluating the emulsifying capability of hydrophilic emulsifiers used in chemical flooding.The emulsifying capability of three kinds of emulsifier used in chemical flooding was tested by using the new method.It was found that betaine ammonium salt has the strongest emulsifying ability,the second one is the alkyl benzene sulfonate and the worst is petroleum sulfonate.
