摘  要:目的为提高样品的消化效率,在测定重金属含量时,探讨用高效快速的真空赶酸法来替代普通赶酸法的实际效果。方法取7种具有代表性的样品,每类样品均取3份,用石墨炉原子吸收法测定铅、镉、铜、铬和镍等5种元素的含量,分别用普通赶酸仪和真空赶酸仪赶酸。结果普通赶酸法和真空赶酸法所测得的结果差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),真空赶酸法处理的样品相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.04%-0.95%之间。结论较普通赶酸法,真空赶酸法能够有效的缩短样品消化时间,精密度和准确度均能达到理想效果,适用于样品中重金属的检测。Objective To improve the efficiency of digestion of the sample and explore the possibility to replace the traditional acid-driven with efficient vacuum acid-driven method for heavy metal detection. Methods 3 samples of7 typical categories were detected by graphite furnace atomic absorption method for lead,cadmium,copper,chromium and nickel,traditional acid-driven and vacuum acid-driven method were applied. Results There was no significant difference between two acid-driven methods,and the RSD of vacuum acid-driven method was 0. 04%-0. 95%. Conclusion Compared with traditional method,the vacuum acid-driven method could effectively reduce the digestion time as well as achieve better precision and accuracy,and it could be used for heavy metals detection.
