p53、Tip60和14-3-3ó基因在宫颈癌和宫颈上皮内瘤变中表达的研究

摘　　要：目的研究p53、Tip60及14—3—3o基因在宫颈癌和宫颈上皮内瘤变（CIN）中的表达及其临床意义。方法选取2010年1月至2012年12月在铜川市人民医院手术或经过活检后存档的石蜡包埋的宫颈癌（40例）、ClN（80例）和慢性宫颈炎（20例）手术标本，采用免疫组织化学sP法检测上述标本组织中ps3、Tip60和14-3-3o的基因表达，并分析它们的临床病理参数及其关系。结果在慢性宫颈炎组织未见p53表达，宫颈癌组织中p53的表达明显高于CIN组织，但14-3．36的表达则明显低于CIN（P〈0．05）。不同级别的CIN病变，各基因表达差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。Tip60在官颈癌、CIN和慢性宫颈炎中均有表达（60．0％～77．5％），但差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。宫颈癌组织中p53，Tip60和14-3-3o表达与癌组织分化程度、临床分期和淋巴结转移无关（P〉0．05）。结论p53、Tip60和14-3-3o在宫颈癌组织中呈高表达，提示这些基因可能在宫颈癌的发生、发展过程中发挥重要作用。Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of p53, Tip60 and 14-3-3o in cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （CIN）. Methods Specimens of archived paraffin bag embedded cervical cancer（40 cases）, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （80 cases） and chronic cervicitis （20 cases） after biopsy or surgery were selected in Tongchuan City People＇s Hospital from Jan. 2010 to Dec. 2012. The expressions of p53, Tip60 and 14-3-3o of cervical cancer, CIN and chronic cervicitis were detected by immunohistochemical staining SP, and clinical pathological parameters and the relationship between them were analyzed. Results No p53 expression was found the in chronic cervicitis. In cervical cancer tissues, the expression of p53 was obviously higher than that of CIN （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, while the expression of 14-3-3o was lower than that of CIN （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. For various classification of CIN lesions, there was no statistically signifi- cant difference in the positive expressions of p53, Tip60 and 14-3-3o （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Tip60 was expressed in all three categories of patients （60. 0%-77.5% ）, and there was no statistically significant difference （P 〉 0, 05 ）. In cervical cancer tissues, p53, Tip60 and 14-3-3o and carcinoma tissue differentiation degree, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis were not associated （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion p53, Tip60 and 14-3- 3o show high expression in cervical cancer tissues,suggesting that these genes may play an important role in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.
