RPH辅助硬化剂注射加外痔切除治疗混合痔在凉山地区的临床运用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨凉山地区自动痔疮套扎术（RPH）辅助硬化剂注射加外痔切除治疗混合痔的临床疗效。方法对2014年10月-2015年12月我科采用RPH辅助硬化剂注射加外痔切除治疗凉山地区736例混合痔的手术资料进行回顾性研究分析。结果手术时间10-20 min,平均住院时间（4±1）d,创面愈合时间10-16 d。3例术后7-10 d胶圈脱落期出血,65例出现术后肛门疼痛,38例出现肛门水肿,40例出现术后尿潴留,经处理均痊愈。随访6个月,无肛门失禁、肛门狭窄、再出血等并发症。结论采用自动痔疮套扎术（RPH）辅助硬化剂注射加外痔切除治疗混合痔疗效佳,且手术操作简单、安全,并发症少,住院时间短,恢复快,患者满意度高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of reiyun procedurefor homorrhos（RPH）in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids combined with external resection and sclerotherapy in Liangshan area. Methods From October 2014 to June 2015,operative data of 736 cases of mixed hemorrhoids in our department using RPH combined with rexternal resection and sclerotherapy in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids in liangshan area were retrospectively analyzed. Results Operation time was 10 - 20 minutes,average hospitalization time was（4±1） days,wound healing time was 10 - 16 days. Bleeding occurred in 3 cases in 7 - 10 days after the operation was caused by ring off,anal edema occurred in 38 cases,postoperative urinary retention occurred in 40 cases,all were cured after treatments. No anal incontinence,anal stenosis,rebleeding and other complications were followed up for 6 months. Conclusion The effect of reiyun procedurefor homorrhos（RPH）in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids combined with external resection and sclerotherapy is good,and simple operation,safety,less complications,shorter hospitalization time,rapid recovery,risk High degree of satisfaction.
