热疗联合FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期胃癌疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察热疗联合FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法选择我院2012年4月-2015年3月收治的晚期胃癌患者96例,随机分为联合组和对照组,每组48例,对照组采用FOLFOX4方案化疗治疗,联合组在对照组的基础上联合热疗进行治疗,比较两组临床疗效以及不良反应发生情况。结果联合组有效率为79.17%,高于对照组的62.50%（P〈0.05）;两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论采用热疗联合FOLFOX4方案化疗治疗晚期胃癌可以取得治疗效果,不良反应较少。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of advanced gastric cancer with the combination of FOLFOX4 and hyperthermia. Methods 96 patients with advanced gastric cancer treated in our hospital from April 2012 to March 2015 were randomly divided into combined group and control group,48 cases in each group,the control group was treated with FOLFOX4 regimen chemotherapy,and the control group was treated by combined therapy,compared with two groups of clinical curative effect and adverse reactions. Results The effective rate of the combined group was 62.50%,significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）,the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the two groups was compared,and the difference was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hyperthermia combined with FOLFOX4 chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer can obtain obvious therapeutic effect,less adverse reactions.
