摘 要:目的 考察survivin和PDCD5表达与肾透明细胞癌分期、分级和预后的相关性.方法 采用免疫组化法检测56例肾透明细胞癌患者癌组织和10例健康肾对照组织中survivin 和PDCD5蛋白的表达.比较不同分期、分级组织中两蛋白表达水平,并比较阴性和阳性患者生存期差异.结果 分期越高癌组织的survivin表达量越高,PDCD5表达量越低(P<0.01).Survivin阴性患者生存时间显著高于阳性患者(P<0.05),PDCD5阳性患者生存时间显著高于阴性患者(P<0.05).不同分级细胞中survivin表达水平存在统计学差异(P<0.01),分化程度越低的细胞阳性率越高.但不同分级细胞中PDCD5表达无统计学差异(P>0.05).Survivin蛋白和PDCD5蛋白表达不具有相关性(r=-0.57,P>0.05).结论 Survivin表达水平与肾透明细胞癌分期、分级和预后均相关,PDCD5表达水平与肾透明细胞癌分期和预后均相关.Survivin的高表达和PDCD5的低表达可能参与了肾透明细胞癌的发生和发展.Objectives To investigate the correlation of survivin and PDCD5 expression level with tumor stage, grade and prognosis in renal cell carcinoma.Methods The expression of survivin and PDCD5 were measured by immunohistochemistry in 56 renal cell carcinoma patients and 10 healthy people.The positive rates of survivin and PDCD5 in patients with different tumor stage, grade and survival time were compared.The correlation between two proteins was studied.Results Patients with higher phase of carcinoma had higher positive rate of survivin and lower positive rate of PDCD5 (P 〈 0.01).The survival time of survivin negative patients and PDCD5 positive patients was significantly higher(P 〈 0.05).There was a significant difference of survivin protein expression level in renal cell carcinoma of different grades (P 〈 0.01), the lower renal cell carcinoma degree the higher positive rate.There was no significant difference of PDCD5 expression (P 〉 0.05).Survivin protein had no significant correlation with PDCD5 protein (r =-0.162, P 〉 0.05).Conclusions The expression level of Survivin was related with renal cell carcinoma stages, grades and prognosis.The expression level of PDCD5 was related with renal cell carcinoma stages and prognosis.High expression of survivin and low expression of PDCD5 may play an important role in the pathogenesis and prognosis of renal cell carcinoma.
