摘　　要：目的:通过检测正常子宫内膜、子宫内膜不典型增生、子宫内膜癌患者血清HE4,CA125表达情况,探讨HE4、CA125对子宫内膜癌诊断的临床意义。方法:采用化学发光微粒子免疫分析法(CMIA)检测15例子宫良性病变患者、10例子宫内膜不典型增生患者、40例子宫内膜癌患者血清中HE4和CA125的表达情况。结果:(1)HE4,CA125在子宫内膜癌患者血清中高表达。(2)血清HE4,CA125水平与子宫内膜癌患者的年龄、组织分级及病理类型无关(P>0.05);而与手术-病理分期、肌层浸润深度及淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。(3)对于早期子宫内膜癌的诊断HE4优于CA125。结论:HE4、CA125可能与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展有关。Objective： To detect the levels of serum HE4 and CA125 in patients with normal endometrium,endometrial atypical hyperplasia and endometrial carcinoma（ EC） and discuss the clinical significance of diagnosis of endometrial cancer. Methods： 65 patients were divided as follows： 15 cases of normal endometrium,10 cases of endometrial atypical hyperplasia,and 40 cases of endometrial carcinoma. The expression of HE4 and CA125 were detected using chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay（ CMIA）. Results：（ 1）High expression of HE4 and CA125 were detected in the serum of patients with endometrial cancer.（ 2） The levels of serum HE4 and CA125 in patients with endometrial cancer were not correlated with ages,histological grades and pathological types（ P〈0. 05） but positively correlated with surgical-pathologic stage,depth of myometrial invasion and lymph node metastasis（ P〈0. 05）.（ 3） HE4 exhibited better than CA125 for early diagnosis of endometrial cancer. Conclusion： The expressions of serum HE4 and CA125 may be related to the occurrence and the development of endometrial cancer.
