摘　　要：民办高校继续教育是我国教育发展战略的重要一环,其对于我国构建终身教育体系具有十分重要的意义。当前,民办高校继续教育的发展存在着巨大的机遇,国家政策对于民办教育的扶持以及广阔的继续教育前景都为民办高校继续教育提供了广阔的空间,而新时期对于劳动力素质提升的诉求更是为其发展提供了新的动力。然而,掣肘于传统教育观念、现有教育质量以及社会对民办教育态度的影响,民办高校继续教育发展仍然面临着重大的挑战。为了克服民办高校继续教育发展过程中的困境,应充分运用国家活动来转变传统观念,利用多方合作来推动教育质量的提升,通过质量反馈来构建良性的系统循环。The continuing education in private colleges is an important part of education development strategy in our country,which is of great significance in constructing lifelong education system in China. Currently,the development of continuing education in private colleges is facing a huge opportunity,since the national policy support and the prospect of continuing education have provided a broad space for the continuing education in private colleges. Furthermore,the requirement of the quality of labor force also encourages the development in the new period. However,hampered by the traditional educational idea,the current educational quality and the influence of social attitude,the development of continue education in private colleges still faces great challenges. In order to overcome the difficulties in the development,we should make full use the activities to change the traditional ideas,take advantages of multilateral cooperation to promote education quality,and build a virtuous circle through the quality feedback.
