摘　　要：广西柳州市某民营企业的原技术总监向有关部门实名举报:该企业老板在过去的10余年时间里,以开发柔性印刷等技术为名,获得国家多项科技和技改资金逾千万元之后"根本没有实施"。本刊记者在调查中了解到,截至2015年5月31日,广西逾期未结题验收的项目(课题)共有3102项,共涉科研经费约6.53亿元。A former technical director of a private enterprises in south China's guangxi zhuang autonomous region,real-name to report to the relevant authorities:the business owner in the past more than 10 years,With the development of technology as an excuse,won many national science and technology and technical capital more than ten million yuan after.However,they did nothing after get these money.This 17 projects,12 overdue for 2 years to 11 years,there has been no acceptance.These 12 overdue acceptance project involved has allocated 7.71 million yuan free.
