摘　　要：朝鲜蓟为一种原产于地中海沿岸的古老药食两用植物,酚类、倍半萜内酯、黄酮等是其主要活性成分。本文综述了朝鲜蓟主要化学成分及其药理活性。Artichoke is an ancient medicinal and edible plant that is native to the coast of Mediterranean.
