摘　　要：[目的/意义]探讨如何应用大数据促进虚拟社区知识共享,为虚拟社区挖掘大数据价值、提高知识共享水平提供指导与借鉴。[方法/过程]首先阐述了虚拟社区中知识共享行为以及"社区大数据"的特征及应用价值。然后提出了基于大数据的虚拟社区知识共享模式。最后给出了基于大数据的虚拟社区知识共享体系构架,包括数据采集层、数据存储层、数据分析层、知识发现层以及知识应用层。[结果/结论]构建基于大数据的虚拟社区模式以及体系架构具有较高的价值意义和可行性。[Purpose / Significance] This paper aims to explore how to make use of＂big data＂to accelerate virtual community knowledge sharing,which can give some guidance to explore the big data value and improve knowledge sharing level in virtual community.[Method / Process] Firstly,the paper expounds the knowledge sharing behavior in virtual community,as well as discusses the features and application value of the＂community big data＂.Then,the paper proposes the virtual community knowledge sharing model based on big data.Finally,the paper puts forward the knowledge sharing system in virtual community based on big data,which includes data acquisition layer,data storage layer,data analysis layer,knowledge discovery layer and knowledge discovery layer.[Result / Conclusion] The result shows that there is a significance as well as feasibility for the construction of virtual community model and system architecture based on big data.
