摘  要:针对目前高压开关柜热点温度实时检测困难和传统通信方式无法实现信号传输从而无法预警的问题,采用无线红外通信技术,设计了一种新型高压开关柜热点温度实时监测与预警系统.该系统主要由红外检测、红外通信、预警3个部分组成,对系统方案设计进行了详细阐述.通过理论分析,设计出了检测端微弱信号放大电路、接收端信号拾取放大电路;通信方式采用PFM方波调频方式.实验结果表明,温度信号传输正常,无失真,实现了实时温度检测、信号传输与预警.In view of the fact that real-time detection is difficult for hot spot temperature of high-voltage switch cabinet and that the traditional means of communication can not realize signal transmission and early warning,the authors of this paper have designed a new high-voltage switch cabinet hot spot temperature real-time monitoring and warning system,using the wireless infrared communication technology.The system is composed of three parts:infrared detection,infrared communication and early warning.A detailed description of the scheme of system design is given in this paper.Through theoretical analysis,a detection weak signal amplification circuit and a receiver signal pickup amplifying circuit are designed.PFM square wave frequency modulation is used for modulation and of communication signals.Experimental results show that the temperature signal transmission is normal,without distortion,and a real-time temperature sensing,signaling and warning is achieved.
