摘  要:目的探讨综合运动干预对自闭症儿童的治疗作用,为自闭症儿童的康复和治疗提供理论依据。方法选择2014年11月~2015年5月在河南省某妇幼保健院确诊的80例自闭症儿童为研究对象,按随机化原则分为实验组(40例)和对照组(40例)。在常规治疗模式(对照组)不变的情况下,对实验组进行为期6个月的运动干预,于干预前后分别用儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS量表)和自闭症治疗评估量表(ATEC量表)对自闭症儿童进行评估。结果经过6个月的运动干预,与干预前比较,干预后,实验组的CARS、ATEC量表评分均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);与对照组比较,干预后,实验组的CARS、ATEC量表评分均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论运动干预能有效改善自闭症儿童的患病程度,有效提高自闭症儿童语言、社交的能力,增强感知觉,改善健康/行为问题。Objective To explore the treatment role of comprehensive exercise intervention for autistic children and to provide theory basis for recovery and treatment of autistic children. Methods 80 autistic children diagnosed in a Henan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from November 2014 to May 2015 were selected as study group.Patients were randomly divided into experimental group(n=40) and control group(n=40).On the situation of general treatment model(control group),patients in experimental group were given exercise intervention for 6 months.Before and after intervention,CARS and ATEC was used to evaluate autistic children respectively. Results After 6 months intervention,CARS and ATEC scale score in experimental group was obviously decreased respectively compared with before intervention,and the difference was statistical significance(P〈0.05);Compared with control group,after intervention,CARS and ATEC scale score in experimental group was obviously decreased,and the difference was statistical significance(P 0.05).Conclusion Exercise intervention can effectively improve disease degree of autistic children and can also effectively enhance language,ability of communication,perception and problems of health or behavior.
