张仲景与吴鞠通辨治湿证比较研究

摘　　要：伤寒与温病的关系是中医临床基础研究的热点,寒温比较是研究的方向。通过将张仲景与吴鞠通的著作作对比研究,分析的内容包括湿证名称、主治方剂的法度、类方、同名方和高频使用的中药剂量等。结果发现,吴鞠通学术渊源于张仲景,开创三焦辨证治疗湿证,提出了新的湿证名称,主治方药和仲景重叠范围广,为临床使用经方提供借鉴。The relation of treaties on cold damage and febrile diseases is a hot research on TCM,so comparison between them is needed. Through the comparison of the works written by ZHANG Zhongjing and WU Jutong,disease names,formulae and dosage of formulae concerned should be chosen in the research. The result showed that WU Jutong＇s thought came from ZHANG Zhongjing and developed triple energizer differentiation. The result also showed that many names of dampness were used in Wenbing Tiaobian and formulae and medicines were repeated in their works,which provided much profound experience in the field of using ZHANG Zhongjing＇s formulae.
