摘 要:使用富集、稀释涂平板的方法从处理染料废水的活性污泥中筛选到6株苯胺降解菌,经16S r DNA鉴定为Delftia tsuruhatensis、Delftia sp.、Uncultured Delftia sp.、Delftia sp.、Acinetobacter sp.和Delftia tsuruhatensis。对各单一菌种生长条件的研究表明,各菌种生长的最适p H为7,最适生长温度为37℃。在最适生长条件下,菌种BN6对苯胺降解效果最佳,在48 h内可将2 000 mg/L的苯胺完全降解且可耐受的苯胺浓度最高,为5 500 mg/L。Six bacteria were screened with the method of enrichment and dilution from the sludge to treat dye wastewater. The six bacteria were identified as Delftia tsuruhatensis, Delftia sp., Uncultured Delftia sp., Delftia sp.,Acinetobacter sp., and Delftia tsuruhatensis by 16 S r DNA identification. The study on the growth conditions of the six bacteria showed that the optimal p H was 7 and the optimal growth temperature was 37℃. The study on degradation of aniline by the single bacterium was carried under the optimal growth conditions. The results showed that degradation efficiency of Delftia tsuruhatensis BN6 was better than other single bacteria and it could degrade aniline about 2 000mg/L in 48 hours. The BN6 could toterate aniline at a concentration of 5 500 mg/L.
