和谐社会语境下高校基层党组织建设的路径选择

摘　　要：高校基层党组织建设与和谐社会建设紧密联系,高校基层党组织建设是和谐社会的具体实践和生动体现,和谐社会是高校基层党组织建设集中体现的目标之一。面对新形势高校应壮大基层党组织工作队伍,不断完善组织保障制度和党员培养机制,适度控制发展学生党员数量,保证党员发展质量,切实提高基层党组织的凝聚力和战斗力,以高校基层党组织建设保证和谐,以和谐推进高校基层党组织建设。The construction of grassroots CPC organizations in institutions of higher learning is closely related to the building a harmonious society as it is not only the exact practice but also the indication of a harmonious society. Moreover, a harmonious society is also one of the objectives of CPC organization construction in colleges and universities. To meet the demands of the new situation, institutions of higher learning should enlarge CPC organization staff, optimize organization system and CPC member development, moderately control the number of students CPC members, guarantee the quality of CPC member development so as to promote the cohesion and power of the grassroots CPC organizations, guarantee the the mutual improvement of the practices of the construction of party organization and harmonious society.
