溃结1号治疗溃疡性结肠炎护理要点探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨溃结1号治疗溃疡性结肠炎护理要点。方法:将2014年1月—2015年1月在我院脾胃肾病科采用溃结1号治疗的60例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理的方法,观察组采用综合护理的方法,比较两组患者的护理效果、心理状况。结果:观察组护理后治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分较对照组明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:溃结1号治疗溃疡性结肠炎采用有针对性的综合护理效果较好,可改善患者症状、促进生活质量的提高、增加心理素质。Objective：To explore the main points of nursing with ulcerative colitis 1 treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods：Randomly divide 60 cases of ulcerative colitis patients with ulcerative colitis 1 treatment in 2014 January—2015 year in January at the department of internal medicine in our hospital into two groups,the control group with routine nursing,the observation group adopted comprehensive nursing,comparison of two groups of patients with nursing effect,quality of life,mental status. Results：The effective rate of the treatment in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）;the observation group SAS and SDS score improved significantly more than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion：With focusing on the comprehensive nursing for better effect of ulcerative colitis,can improve the symptoms of patients,to promote improved quality of life,increase the psychological quality.
