摘　　要：大数据的到来,对各个行业都产生很大影响,将大数据的性质与人事档案管理相联系,通过分析用户的浏览检索行为,收集用户重视的信息数据,将传统的档案管理提升于借助数据分析技术的信息平台,不断提高管理服务水平,更好地为高校的各项事务发展起到重要的辅助作用。Big data has broad impacts on various industries. Data is collected based on results of retrievals. With the help of data analysis, the management level of personnel archives can be improved. And personnel archives will play an important supporting role in the evolution and development in universities.
