摘　　要：八项规定是以习近平同志为总书记的党中央加强作风建设和提升党建科学化水平的重大举措和有力抓手。实施以来,党风政风民风不断好转,但在一些基层干部中,作风问题仍旧突出,必须通过加强学习提高认识,完善制度建设,拓展多方位的监督渠道,加大惩戒力度,才能推进作风建设常态化。Eight rules is major initiatives to comrade Xi Jinping as strengthen the construction of style of work and enhance the level of Party building raised by the CPC central committee led by General Secretary Xi. Since then,the Party＇s style of government ethics morals is improving,but in some grassroots cadres,there are style problems. So we must enhance our awareness by learning,perfect the system construction,and expand all- round supervision ways,increase the intensity of punishment to promote the normalized style construction.
