摘 要:[目的]建立杀草胺在稻谷和糙米中的高效液相色谱残留检测方法。[方法]样品经石油醚提取,弗罗里硅土玻璃层析柱净化;Agilent-1260高效液相色谱仪配备紫外检测器检测。[结果]该方法在稻谷和糙米中的添加质量分数均为0.0715、0.715、2.86 mg/kg时,回收率为80.00%~102.51%,RSD为0.57%~5.55%。在稻谷和糙米中的最低检测质量分数为0.0715 mg/kg,最小检出量为7.0×10-11g。[结论]所建立检测方法的灵敏度、准确度和精密度均满足杀草胺在糙米和稻谷中残留分析要求。[Aims] The residues of ethaprochlor in unhulled and hulled rices were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) with ultraviolet detector. [Methods] The samples were extracted with petroleum ether,and cleaned up by glass chromatography column filled with florisil, then analyzed by Agilent-1260 high performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detector. [Results] The results indicated that when the addition levels were0.0715, 0.715 and 2.86 mg/kg, the recoveries of ethaprochlor in unhulled and hulled rices were ranged from 80.0 to102.5%, and the relative standard deviations were 0.57-5.55%. The limits of quantification for ethaprochlor in unhulled and hulled rices were 0.0715 mg/kg, and the limit of detection was 7.0×10-11 g. [Conclusions] The proposed method is simple, rapid and reliable, and meet the demand for analysis of ethaprochlor residues in unhulled and hulled rices.
