摘　　要：目的探讨突变型P53表达对恶性脑胶质瘤替莫唑胺(泰道胶囊)同期放化疗疗效的影响。方法收集经手术、放疗和替莫唑胺联合治疗的33例恶性脑胶质瘤患者,根据P53表达情况分成高表达组(17例)和低表达组(16例)。结果患者性别、年龄、Karnofsky生活状态(KPS)评分及肿瘤切除情况在两组患者间无统计学差异,突变型P53低表达组患者的肿瘤无进展生存率明显高于高表达组(P=0.036),两组患者的总生存时间比较无统计学差异(P=0.107)。结论突变型P53表达情况可能会影响恶性脑胶质瘤患者替莫唑胺同期放化疗的预后。Objective To explore the impact of P53 status to response of temozolomide combined with radiotherapy on malignant glioma patients. Methods Gioblastomas were treated with surgical resection,radiotherapy and temozolomide capsule chemotherapy. They were divided into high mutant P53 expression group（ 17 cases） and low mutant P53 expression group（ 16cases）. Results There had no statistically significant difference in age,gender,KPS score or extent of resection existed between the 2 groups. Patients with low mutant P53 expression had much better progression-free survival time than those with high mutant P53 expression. There had no statistical significance in overall survival time between the 2 groups. Conclusion The P53 status may affect the prognosis of temozolomide combined with radiotherapy for malignant glioma.
