银杏叶胶囊对眼压控制的开角型青光眼患者视神经保护作用的研究

摘　　要：【目的】观察银杏叶胶囊对眼压控制的原发性开角型青光眼（POAG）患者视神经的保护作用。【方法】选择本院2012年1月至2014年6月经门诊确诊的POAG患者220例，随机分为银杏叶胶囊治疗组（观察组）和安慰剂对照组（对照组），每组各110例。观察组口服银杏叶胶囊，对照组口服安慰剂胶囊，连续服用6个月。比较观察组和对照组患者的视野指数（平均光敏感度，平均视野缺损和丢失方差）及图形视觉诱发电位在治疗前后的变化。【结果】208例患者完成整个临床试验（银杏叶胶囊治疗组106例，安慰剂对照组102例）。治疗后观察组视野指数及图形视觉诱发电位的振幅显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（均为P〈0．05）。【结论】银杏叶胶囊能明显改善视野指数，促进视觉诱发电位的恢复，对眼压控制的POAG的视神经功能具有较好的保护作用。[Objective]To evaluate the protective effect of Ginkgo leaf capsule on visual function in primary open-angle glaucoma patients with controlled intraocular pressure.[Methods]The 220 patients diagnosed as primary open-angle glaucoma with medicine-controlled intraocular pressure were enrolled and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. Patients in the observation group and control group received treatment of Ginkgo leaf capsules and placebo capsules respectively for six months.Visual field index （mean sensitivity, mean defect, loss variance） and pattern visual-evoked potential were evaluated before and after treatment in the two groups. [Results]208 patients completed the clinical trial with 106 patients in the observation group and 102 patients in the control group. Mean defect was reduced significantly, and the mean sensitivity was improved significantly after 6 months of Gingko leaf treatment when compared to that of before treatment and to that of（both P〈0.05）, while there is no significant difference in control group. Moreover, the amplitude of pattern visual evoked potential was significantly improved after Gingko leaf treatment, when compared with that before treatment or that in control group （both P〈0.05）, and no improvement was investigated in control group. [Conclusion]Gingko leaf capsule could be an effective alternative to protect visual function in primary open-angle glaucoma patients with controlled intraocular pressure by improving visual field index and promoting the recovery of the pattern visual evoked potential.
