摘  要:目前,对金刚石表面功能改进大多局限于单一工艺。采用化学镀和振动电镀相结合的方法在金刚石表面制备了Ni-Co-Si C复合镀层。采用扫描电镜和抗冲击测试等方法分析了金刚石化学镀和振动电镀后的形貌、增重率、均匀度及抗冲击强度等性能。结果表明:化学镀覆可在金刚石表面获得较薄的镀Ni层,振动电镀能对镀Ni层增厚及改性,可制备具有金属界面及性能更优的金刚石颗粒;一定范围内,金刚石的增重率随电镀时间的增加呈线性增加,而复合镀层均匀度相近,表明镀层与金刚石结合紧密、光滑;Ni-Co-Si C复合镀层金刚石的抗冲击强度提高明显,原料45/50目金刚石的Ti值为93.8%,而复合镀覆Ni-Co-500 nm Si C的金刚石Ti值最高达到97.8%,Si C硬质相粒径为500 nm时效果最佳。Ni-Co-SiC composite coatings were prepared by using electroless plating and vibration electroplating method.The morphology,weight gain rate,uniformity and impact strength were studied by SEM and impact tests.Results showed that a thin coating of Ni was grown on the diamond surface by electroless plating.Vibration plating was suitable for changing the coating thickness and modifying the coating,and the diamond particles with the metal interface and better properties could be prepared.The weight of the diamond particles was linearly increased with the plating time in a certain range.And the uniformity of all the coatings was similar,which illustrated that the coating was smooth and adhered to the diamond closely.Moreover,the impact strength of Ni-Co-SiC composite coating was increased:Ti value of raw material 45/50 diamond was93.8%whereas the highest Ti value of Ni- Co- 500 nm SiC diamond was up to 97.8%,and the best result was obtained when the size of SiC particles was 500 nm.
