摘　　要：以CD3OD为稳定同位素标记原料,经甲基化、缩合、亚氨化等步骤合成标题化合物。以消耗的CD3OD计算收率为44.5%。目标产物经质谱(MS)、核磁(1HNMR)和高效液相色谱(HPLC)等仪器表征确认,化学纯度>98.0%,同位素丰度>99.0%(atom D),可作为食品安全领域检测用同位素内标试剂。An efficient synthesis of stable isotope labeled auramine-D12 was established with CD3 OD as the precursor. AuramineD12 was synthesized by methylation,condensation and imidization. The yield of auramine-D12 was 44. 5% based on CD3 OD consumed. The structure was confirmed by mass spectrometry（ MS）,nuclear magnetic resonance（ NMR） and high performance liquid chromatography（ HPLC）. The purity is higher than 98. 0%,and isotopic enrichment is higher than 99. 0%（ atom D）. The above compound could be used as internal standard in the field of food safety.
