摘  要:随着我国食用菌产业的发展,原料问题成为该产业发展的瓶颈,其培养料的筛选和开发受到学者的广泛关注。农林废弃物因其来源广泛、种类繁多,是食用菌生产的良好基质,利用农副产品生产食用菌,一方面可解决食用菌生产的原料问题,另一方面减轻农林废弃物对环境的污染。对我国近5年来,不同农林副产品栽培食用菌的研究进行综述,分析食用菌栽培过程中存在的问题,并对应用前景进行了展望。With the development of edible fungi industry,raw material has already become the bottleneck of the development.The exploitation and utilization of cultivation medium for edible fungi has been widely concerned by investigators. Agricultural and forestry residues has rich and extensive resources.It is considered to be a good cultivation medium for edible fungi production.On the one hand,the utilization of agricultural and forestry residues can solve the problem for the raw material of edible fungi.On the other hand,comprehensive utilization of agricultural and forestry residues can reduce the pollution to the environment.In this paper,different kinds of agricultural and forestry residues and the optimization of the medium for edible fungi were summarized in recent five years.Then,the existing problems of production process for edible fungi were proposed,and at the same time,the application foreground was also prospected.
