摘  要:为获得在环境中易降解无公害的植物源农药,研究大蒜精油对桃蚜的杀虫活性及生理生化的影响,测定大蒜精油对桃蚜的触杀毒力及其对试虫蛋白质含量、乙酰胆碱酯酶、中肠酯酶及海藻糖酶活性。结果表明:大蒜精油对桃蚜表现出很强的毒杀作用,其72h触杀毒力LC50值为77.03μg/mL;大蒜精油可诱导桃蚜中肠酯酶活性增加,海藻糖不断被分解,蛋白质的合成逐渐被遏制,对能量代谢系统破坏较大,导致能量供求失衡而死亡。大蒜精油可作为生物杀虫剂有效控制桃蚜。The effects of garlic essential oil on contact toxicity,protein content,acetylcholinesterase activity,midgut esterase activity and trehalase activity of M.persicae were determined to study the effects of garlic essential oil on insecticidal activity,physiology and biochemistry of M.persica and to obtain botanical pesticides with easily degradable and pollution-free in environment.Results;Garlic essential oil has the strong toxic effect on M.persicae.LC50 value of the contact toxicity after 72 his 77.03mg/mL.Garlic essential oil can increase midgut esterase activity,decompose mycose continuously,inhibit protein synthesis gradually and destroy the energy metabolism system greatly in M.persicae,which results in death of M.persicae because of the imbalance between energy supply and demand in M.persicae.In conclusion,garlic essential oil can be used as the biological insecticide to control M.persicae effectively.
