生物羊膜移植治疗中重度眼烧伤的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨生物羊膜移植治疗中重度眼烧伤的效果。方法采用生物羊膜移植治疗中重度眼化学烧伤和热烧伤共33例（38眼）。结果术后所有病例均无感染或羊膜移植排斥反应发生，无角巩膜溶解穿孔发生。术后随访3个月，29眼Ⅱ-Ⅲ度眼烧伤中，角膜薄翳5眼，角膜斑翳3眼，新生血管2眼，无角膜白斑，其余角膜透明。9眼Ⅳ度眼烧伤中4眼角膜斑翳，2眼角膜白斑，3眼有不同程度新生血管形成。所有患眼视力均有不同程度恢复。结论生物羊膜移植治疗中重度眼烧伤疗效良好。Objective To investigate the effect of biological amniotic membrane transplantation for the moderate or severe ocular burn. Methods Thirty-eight eyes of 33 cases with moderate or severe ocular chemical burn and heat burn were treated with biological amniotic membrane transplantation. Results After the operation, no patient had amniotic membrane transplantation rejection, infection, comeosclera solve or perforation. The follow-up time was 3 months. Among 29 eyes with degree Ⅱ-Ⅲ ocular bums, nebula occurred in 5 eyes, macula occurred in 3 eyes, corneal neovascularization occurred in 2 eyes. And no leukoma was observed. Among 9 eyes of degree Ⅳ ocular bum, macula occurred in 4 eyes, leukoma occurred in 2 eye, and 3 eyes had different degrees of corneal neovascularization. Visual acuity were improved to different extent in all patients. Conclusion Biological amniotic membrane transplantation is effective for the moderate or severe ocular bum.
