睑板腺囊肿完整摘除与传统切开术效果的比较

摘　　要：目的比较睑板腺囊肿完整摘除术与传统切开术的效果。方法睑板腺囊肿手术282例（284眼），其中睑板腺囊肿完整摘除术124例（124眼），传统切开术158例（160眼）。术后随访6个月。对两种手术的效果进行回顾性分析。结果两种手术的效果从5个方面进行对比：手术操作及用时，伤口愈合情况，眼睑损伤情况，复发情况及并发症。结论两种手术方法均有效果，完整摘除具有复发率低、患者满意度高等优点，缺点手术用时较长，对于儿童睑板腺囊肿，由于配合问题需要尽量缩短操作时间，建议采用传统切开术，对于年长患者以完整摘除更为有益。Objective To compare the effect of complete excision and traditional incision for chalazion. Methods Totally 284 eyes of 282 cases with chalazion were collected. One hundred and twenty four eyes of 124 cases received complete excision of chalazion, and 160 eyes of 158 cases received conventional incision surgical method. Postoperative follow-up was 6 months. Effects of the two kinds of surgical treatments were retrospectively analyzed. Results The effects of the two kinds of surgical methods were compared from five aspects ： operation duration, wound healing, eyelid injury, relapse, and complications. Conclusion Both the two kinds of surgical treatments are effective. Complete excision has advantages of low recurrence rate and high degree of patientg satisfaction, hut disadvantage is long operation time. For chalazion in children,traditional incision is recommended because of bad cooperation and needing of short operation time. For the elderly patients, the complete excision method is better.
