摘　　要：目的观察及分析血液净化对急性有机磷中毒患者抗氧化能力及血小板、红细胞参数的影响情况。方法选取本院进行治疗的48例急性有机磷中毒患者为研究对象,根据治疗方式分为对照组(常规治疗组)和观察组(常规治疗加血液净化组),每组各24例。将两组患者治疗前后不同时间的血清抗氧化能力相关指标及血小板、红细胞参数进行分别统计及比较。结果观察组治疗后不同时间的血清抗氧化能力相关指标及血小板、红细胞参数均显著地好于对照组。结论血液净化对急性有机磷中毒患者抗氧化能力及血小板、红细胞参数的影响较大,更有助于患者机体综合状态的改善。Objective To observe and analyze the influence situation of blood purification for the oxidation resistance,platelet parameters and erythrocyte parameters of patients with acute organophosphorus poisoning. Method 48 patients with cute organophosphorus poisoning in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2014 were selected as research object,and they were divided into control group（ conventional treatment group） and observation group（ conventional treatment and blood purification group） with 24 cases in each group by the treatment methods,then the serum oxidation resistance related indexes,platelet parameters and erythrocyte parameters of two groups before the treatment and at different time after the treatment were respectively analyzed and compared. Result The serum oxidation resistance related indexes,platelet parameters and erythrocyte parameters of observation group at different time after the treatment were all significantly better than the detection levels of control group,all P 〈0. 05,the detection levels of two groups after the treatment had significant differences. Conclusion The influence of blood purification for the oxidation resistance,platelet parameters and erythrocyte parameters of patients with acute organophosphorus poisoning are great,and it is more helpful for the improvement of body comprehensive state of patients.
