扶正减毒抗癌方合艾灸对非小细胞肺癌放射治疗增效作用的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究扶正减毒抗癌方及艾灸合治对非小细胞肺癌放射治疗的疗效影响。方法:纳入符合条件患者60例,随机分为对照组(常规放疗)及治疗组(常规放疗加中医内外合治),每组30例,4周治疗后比较两组的近期疗效,随访1年及2年生存情况。结果:肿瘤客观控制率(CR+PR)两组差异无显著性(P>0.05);临床受益率(CR+PR+SD)治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组咳嗽、乏力、纳差症状改善优于对照组(P<0.05),体力指数改善高于对照组(P<0.05),1年生存率高于对照组(P<0.05),2年生存率未发现统计学差异。结论:该中医内外合治法配合放疗能使非小细胞肺癌患者肿瘤病灶稳定,缓解肺癌相关临床症状,改善患者体力,提高1年生存率,起到增效作用。Objective：To observe the effects of Fuzheng Jiandu Kang＇ai decoction combined with moxibustion in the treatment of NSCLC after radiotherapy.Methods：60eligibles were randomly divided into two groups.The 30 patients in the treatment group were treated with Fuzheng Jiandu Kang＇ai decoction combined with moxibustion plus radiation therapy and the 30 patients in the control group were treated with radiation therapy alone,the therapeutic effect were evaluated.Results：The clinical study showed therapeutic effects in the treatment group were more significant than those in the control group.There were significant improvements in clinical benefit response,symptoms,physical strength and one year survival rate.Conclusion：Combination of Fuzheng Jiandu Kang＇ai decoction combined with moxibustion created by Diao plus radiation therapy has betters effects on suppressing tumor than that in radiation therapy alone.
