摘　　要：目的:了解青少年直接自伤行为的发生率及与生活事件的关系。方法:采用多中心协作,分层随机整群抽样方法,在全国10个城市抽取12449名7-12年级中学生,采用青少年危险行为量表、生活事件量表评定青少年自伤状况及生活事件(有效问卷11869份)。采用Logistic回归模型分析自伤行为的相关因素。结果:30.0%的青少年在过去一年中发生过直接自伤行为:其中割伤或烫伤行为占19.3%,咬伤、抓伤或撞伤行为占22.7%;采取过其中一类自伤行为的占18.2%,两类行为都发生过的占11.8%。自伤组在生活事件量表上的总分及各因子分均显著高于非自伤组;控制人口学变量后,除丧失因子外,其他因子均进入回归方程。结论:我国青少年自伤发生率较高,生活事件对直接自伤行为有显著预测作用。Objective： To examine epidemiology of direct self-injurious behavior（D-SIB） and explore the association be- tween D-SIB and life events in adolescents. Methods： Using stratified random cluster sampling, 12449 students in grade 7th to 12th from 10 cities were selected in a multi-centered study（Response rate was 95.34%）. Self-injury subscale in Health-Risk Behavior Inventory for Chinese Adolescents（HBICA） and Adolescent Self Rating Life Events Check List （ASLEC） were self-administered by students to assess their D-SIB and life events respectively in the past 12 months. Bina- ry and muhinomial logistic regressions were used to analyze the correlates of D-SIB. Results： About 20% of the partici- pants endorsed cutting or scalding themselves, and 23% of the participants endorsed biting, scratching or hitting themselves in the past year; less than 19% students reported at least one group D-SIB and more than one in ten reported two groups D- SIB, three in ten adolescents reported D-SIB in past 12 months. The total and subscales scores of the ASLEC in adolescents who admitted D-SIB were significantly higher than those who denied D-SIB. Multiple logistic regression analyses suggest- ed that except for the loss factor, the four factors entered the regression model after controlling for the demographic vari- ables. Conclusion： D-SIB is prevalent in middle school students, which may be influenced by Life events.
