摘　　要：医院所有工作都是为了服务于患者。手术麻醉科是医院一级临床科室,是医院公共服务平台科室。阐述了新泰市人民医院手术麻醉科在提高医院工作效率,保障医疗安全,提高患者诊疗舒适度,协助相关科室开展新技术等,对提升医院服务能力发挥的重要作用,并探讨了手术麻醉科加强自身建设,提高管理水平的具体措施和成效。All work in hospitals is to serve patients. Department of Surgical Anaesthesia,as the public service platform of the hospital,is a primary clinical department. This paper covers its role in boosting work efficiency,ensuring medical safety,improving patients＇ comfort in diagnosis and medical treatment,and assisting the relevant departments to carry out newtechnology for the improvement of hospital service. The paper also focuses on the strengthened construction of Department of Surgical Anaesthesia,and the specific measures and results of the improved management.
