摘 要:目的:比较白参、红参和西洋参脂溶性成分及其相对含量。方法:运用GC-MS进行分离测定,结合质谱库检索技术对化合物进行结构鉴定,应用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果:从白参,红参和西洋参各鉴定出54、59和31个化合物,这些化合物主要为脂肪酸类、酯类及醇类。结论:该方法快捷、可靠,同一方法条件下白参、红参和西洋参各自具有的特征性成分,可用于辅助区别白参、红参和西洋参,并为三者活性成分和药理作用的研究提供理论依据。Objective: To identify liposoluble constituents and determine their relative contents in white ginseng, red ginseng and American ginseng. Methods: Various compounds were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry ( GC- MS) , and their relative contents were quantitatively analyzed by normalizalion method. Results: 54, 59 and 31 compounds from white ginseng, red ginseng and American ginseng were identified, respectively. The major liposoluble constituents were made of alcohols, esters and fatty acid compounds. Conclusion : The method is rapid and reliable. White ginseng, red ginseng and American ginseng have their respective characteristic components, which is helpful to identify them and provides important indexes for studying the active ingredient and the pharmacological effects.
