护肝解毒方对药物性肝损伤及相关炎症因子作用研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨中药护肝解毒方对药物性肝损伤及相关炎症因子的作用。[方法]85例药物性肝损伤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予护肝解毒中药煎剂治疗,对照组予多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗。在6周的疗程内观察2组患者治疗前后肝功能及炎症因子变化。[结果]治疗组治疗前后的ALT、AST、TNF-α、IL-6值差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),TBIL、ALP、TBA值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗前后的ALT差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),AST、TNF-α值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的痊愈率较对照组有显著差异(P<0.01),治疗组治疗后的ALT、AST、TNF-α、IL-6值较同期对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]护肝解毒方对药物性肝损伤的临床疗效及相关炎症因子的改善有显著作用。[Objective]To observe the clinical efficacy of Hugan Jiedu decoction（HJD）against drug induced liver injury（DILI）and related inflammatory cytokines.[Methods]Totally 85 patients were randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group.Patients in the treatment group took HJD,one dose per day.Patients in the control group took Polyene Phosphatidylcholine Capsules,3times a day,2each grain.The treatment course for all was 6weeks.Clinical efficacy,Hepatic enzyme and related inflammatory cytokines were observed before and after treatment.[Results]Totally 28patients（65%）obtained complete healing in the treatment group,with statistical difference when compared with that of the control group（19cases,45.2%）and the levels of ALT,AST,TNF-α,IL-6decreased in the treatment group after treatment（P〈0.01）.Level of ALT was obviously lower in the control group after treatment（P〈0.01）.Levels of AST,TNF-αand IL-6 were also obviously lower in the control group after treamnet（P〈0.05）.After treatment,levels of ALT,AST,TNF-αand IL-6were obviously lower in the treatment group than in the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]HJD has significant therapeutic effects in treating DILI and improving the related inflammatory cytokines.
