摘  要:目的:探讨客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)在地方高校护理本科毕业生临床技能考核中的应用方法及效果。方法:构建适合地方高校的OSCE考核方案,并对481名护理本科毕业生进行临床技能考核,分析考核效果。结果:OSCE考核方案难度适中,区分度指数较高,有良好的信度和效度。结论:OSCE能够准确客观地评价护理本科毕业生的临床技能。Objective: To explore the application method and effect of objective structured clinical examination( OSCE) in the evaluation of clinical skills of nursing graduates in local colleges and universities. Methods: The OSCE assessment program was adopted to evaluate the clinical skills of 481 nursing graduates in local colleges and universities and the effect of assessment was analyzed. Results: The difficulty of OSCE examination program was moderate and the differentiation degree was higher,and it had good reliability and validity.Conclusion: OSCE can accurately and objectively evaluate the clinical skills of nursing graduates.
