粘接式颊面管与带环式颊面管对磨牙釉质脱矿的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨粘接式颊面管代替带环颊面管对磨牙釉质脱矿的影响。方法从近两年完成的正畸病例中,随机选择,疗程需一年以上。其中带环颊面管40例、粘接式颊面管45例。在拆除固定装置时,对该牙釉质脱矿情况进行评估。结果带环颊面管40例,磨牙总数160枚(上80枚,下80枚)。其中轻度脱矿13枚;中度脱矿3枚;重度脱矿2枚。脱矿牙总数为18枚,占磨牙总数的11.25%。粘接式颊面管45例,磨牙总数176枚(上90枚,下86枚)。其中轻度脱矿9枚;中度脱矿2枚;没有重度脱矿牙。脱矿牙总数为11枚,占磨牙总数的6.25%。结论粘接式颊面管代替带环颊面管能有效降低该牙釉质脱矿的发生率,减轻严重程度。Objective To study the clinical effects of bonding buccal tube and moral band with buccal tube upon moral enamel demineralization.Methods Random select clinical orthodontic cases from cases of finished orthodontic treatment during July 2012 and Dec.2014 o Divided into two groups according to the ways of buccal tube,then evaluate the degree of enamel demineralization between two groups.Results In group of moral band with buccal tube,the rate of enamel demineralization is 11.25%,in group of bonding buccal tube,the rate is 6.25%and no severe case,there are statistical difference between two groups。Conclusion Using bonding buccal instead of band with buccal tube can reduced effectively the rate and degree of moral enamel demineralization.
