牙列缺损伴错畸形患者修复前正畸治疗美容效果探索和研究

摘　　要：目的探究牙列缺损伴错胎畸形患者修复前正畸治疗美容效果。方法选取我院2012年1月到2014年7月间接收治的40例,牙列缺损伴错畸形患者,进行修复前正畸治疗,分析该方法的临床美容效果。结果 40例患者均顺利完成正畸治疗,37例患者进行固定义齿修复,3例患者进行活动义齿修复。结论修复前正畸治疗牙列缺损伴错畸形患者,能够有效的改善患者的口腔状况,修复患者畸形牙齿,美容效果良好,值得在临床中推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of orthodontic treatment in the treatment of patients with tooth loss associated with mandibular deformity.Methods 40 cases of tooth loss associated with mandibular deformity received from July 2014 to January 2012 were selected,and the clinical effect of this method was analyzed.Results 40 patients were successfully completed the treatment,37 cases of patients with porcelain bridge repair,3 cases of patients with denture restoration.Conclusion it is worth to be popularized in clinical practice to treat the patients with tooth loss associated with tooth loss.
