摘　　要：目的:研究血必净注射液对急性脑梗塞患者非感染性炎症反应的治疗作用。方法:将无感染性并发症的急性脑梗塞患者分成治疗组和对照组。对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用血必净注射液,比较治疗后C反应蛋白水平有无显著性差异。结果:治疗组的C反应蛋白水平明显低于对照组。结论:血必净注射液能够改善急性脑梗塞患者非感染性炎症反应。Objective： To study efficacy of the Xuebijing injection on infective inflammation in ACI patients. Methods： Patients were divided into two groups. The control group received conventional treatment; the other group received the Xuebijing injection more. The levels of CRP in two groups were compared. Results： The CRP in the treatment group was better. Conclusion： The Xuebijing injection can improve infective inflammation in ACI patients.
