舒肝解郁胶囊治疗COPD伴抑郁症患者100例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨舒肝解郁胶囊治疗COPD伴抑郁症患者的疗效及安全性。方法:采用随机双盲多中心安慰剂平行对照的研究方法。共入选患者100例,舒肝解郁胶囊组50例,安慰剂组50例,一个疗程为6周。以汉密尔顿抑郁量表作为疗效评价指标。结果:基于汉密尔顿抑郁量表评估,舒肝解郁胶囊组总有效率为67.5%,安慰剂组为28.5%(组间比较P<0.01);两组总的不良事件及不良反应发生率比较均无统计学意义。结论:舒肝解郁胶囊治疗COPD伴抑郁症患者安全有效。Objective： To evaluate clinical efficacy and safety of the Shugan Jieyu capsule on COPD plus depression. Methods： 100 patients were divided into the Shugan Jieyu capsule group of 50 cases and the placebo group of 50 cases. The treatment lasted for 6 weeks. The clinical efficacy was evaluated by HAMD. Results： The total efficiency in the Shugan Jieyu capsule group and the placebo group were 67.5% and 28.5% respectively（P〈0.01）; Total adverse events and the incidence of adverse reaction were not significantly different between groups. Conclusion： The Shugan Jieyu capsule was effective and safe on COPD plus depression.
