在五年制临床医学专业中开展和国际接轨的医学遗传学课程教育的实践与思考

摘　　要：在精准医疗大背景下,全球对于遗传咨询行业的专业医师需求逐年增加,遗传专科人才的国际接轨化培养已迫在眉睫。本文通过对国际相关人才培养的调研、原版教材的对比和MOOC相关课程的分析,将可取之处整合到五年制临床医学专业学生医学遗传学课程的教学实践中。在形成性评价中注重学生人文精神的培养,并与当地医院的遗传室开展教学合作,经阶段性总结提出了若干思考。In the context of precise medicine, the global demand for Genetic counseling specialist increased year by year. It is necessary to cultivate the genetic specialist in accordance with international standards. Based on the related personnel training research, textbook comparison and MOOC courses related analysis, the desirable features was integrated into the medical genetics course teaching practice in students of five-year clinical medicine specialty. We paid attention to student＇s human spirit cultivation in the formative evaluation evaluation, and carry out teaching cooperation with local hospital laboratory of genetics, put forward some thoughts by stage summary.
