摘 要:目的探讨运动平板试验中代谢当量对冠脉狭窄程度的诊断评价。方法随机收集我院2014年6月~2015年7月疑诊为冠心病患者116例。其中男性63人,女性53人,将入选患者按照代谢当量水平通过四分位法将患者分为四组,比较各组间冠脉狭窄程度是否有差异,同时进行代谢当量与冠脉积分Gensini评分之间的相关性分析。结果冠心病组与非冠心病组代谢当量水平存在显著差异,代谢当量与冠脉Gensini评分呈负的直线相关关系。结论代谢当量与冠脉狭窄程度密切相关,有望成为一项评估冠脉狭窄程度、指导冠心病预防及康复治疗的指标。Objective To discuss the predictive value of the Metabolic Equivalent in the degree of coronary artery stenosis. Methods Selected 116 patients with coronary heart disease from June 2014 to July 2015 as object. Among these patients,there were 63 male and 53 female, which were divided into four groups according to the level of the metabolic equivalent. To compared the differents stenosis degree of the coronary artery between the four groups. At the same time, analysis the correlation between the metabolic equivalent and the Gensini score. Results There was significant different between the CHD group and the non CHD group, Furthermore, there was a negative linear relationship between the metabolic equivalent and the gensini score. Conclusion There is a close relationship between the metabolic equivalent and the Gensini score. The metabolic equivalent can be a new index to assessment the degree of coronary and to guide the prevention of the CHD.
