摘　　要：目的对帕金森患者进行神经电生理检测,研究其神经病变情况。方法选取我院诊治的帕金森患者25例作为实验组,并且选取同一时间在我院进行体检的健康人25例作为正常组,对其神经病变检测和对比。结果患有帕金森疾病的患者出现的神经病变大于正常组,并且胫神经和腓肠神经传导比正常组缓慢,两组之间的差异具有统计学意义。结论一般患有帕金森疾病的患者会有周围神经损伤,需要进行深入研究。Objective To study the nerve lesion in patients with Parkinson. Methods Selected 25 patients in our hospital as the experimental group, and 25 healthy persons were selected as the normal group at the same time in our hospital for the detection and comparison of the patients. Results The neurological disorders in patients with parkinson disease were higher than the normal group, and the tibial nerve and the nerve conduction ratio of the normal group were slow, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion Patients with parkinson＇s disease have significant peripheral nerve injury, and need to be studied in depth.
