摘　　要：目的研究胃窦癌组织中卵泡刺激素(FSH)及其受体(FSHR)的分布情况和表达,为研究FSH与肿瘤发生发展之间的关系提供形态学依据。方法运用免疫荧光法检测36例胃窦癌组织中FSH及其受体的分布,蛋白印迹法(Western blot)检测FSH及FSHR在胃窦癌细胞中的表达。结果 FSH和FSHR在胃窦癌组织细胞胞浆中均有分布,免疫荧光反应阳性物质分布于细胞质,细胞核呈阴性反应。Western blot检测相关蛋白的表达表明,病变组FSH及FSHR的表达均显著低于正常组。结论 FSH和FSHR在胃窦癌的低表达,可能与胃窦癌组织的生物学行为相关。Objective To study the distribution and expression of follicle-stimulating hormone（FSH） and its receptor（FSHR） in human gastric antrum carcinoma tissues to provide the morphological basis for further study the relationship between FSH and tumor development.Methods The distribution and expression of FSH and FSHR in gastric cancer and distal normal tissue were studied by immunofluorescence and Western blot respectively.Results The positive FSH and FSHR products were found in the cytoplasm,not in nucleus.The expression levels of FSH and FSHR proteins were decreased evidently in gastric cancer tissue than in the distal normal tissue.Conclusion The low expression of FSH and FSHR in the gastric antrum carcinoma indicates that FSH may be related to the biological behavior of gastric cancer.
