摘　　要：学生党支部是高校的基层党组织。本文主要分析了南京工业大学经济与管理学院在学生党支部设置中,由按年级设置党支部到按专业设置党支部的动因、具体的做法,以及在学院党建工作中实践一年多以来的利与弊。Students＇ Party branch is the basic level of Party organization in universities. This paper mainly analyzes the setting of the students＇ Party branch in School of Economics and Management of Nanjing Tech University, the motivation of the setting of Party branch from the grade to the major, the particular practice,and the pros and cons.
