大学生参与教学管理的若干思考

摘　　要：随着民办高校办学规模的逐渐扩大,独立校区——教学基础部模式越来越受重视,教育教学改革的深化,对学生教学信息员队伍的组织和管理提出了更高的要求,故也暴露出诸多问题。为了使学生教学信息员的工作积极性和工作成效有所提高,本文以上海杉达学院嘉善光彪学院基础部为例,探讨如何加强学生教学信息员队伍的组织和新模式的管理,挖掘学生积极参与教学管理的潜能,逐步完善和提高教学质量保障体系。Independent school district, the model of teaching base is more and more important with the gradual expansion of the scale of private colleges. With the deepening reform of education,the student collectors of teaching information are required for the higher organization and management. So it also exposes many problems. In order to increase the student collectors＇ working enthusiasm and improve the effectiveness of the work, the discussion on how to strengthen the organization and management of the student collectors of teaching information is based on the Basic Department of Jia Shan Guangbiao College of Sanda University as an example. In order to develop students＇ participation in teaching management, we should gradually improve and perfect the teaching quality assurance system.
